Questions about the DireLAN
When and where is the LAN?
The LAN takes place from 30 October to 1 November 2026 at Dynamo Eindhoven, located in the city centre of Eindhoven. The venue is only a 5–10 minute walk from Eindhoven Central Station.
Who can join?
Everyone is welcome! Whether you're a beginner or a high-MMR player, you're invited to join. Simply sign up using the public registration form.
Is it beginner-friendly?
Absolutely. Players of all skill levels attend the event, so don't worry if you're new to Dota 2 or just play casually.
Can I come alone?
Yes. Many attendees come by themselves and find teammates during the event. It's a great opportunity to meet other Dota 2 players.
How many people usually attend?
Based on previous editions, around 40–50 Dota 2 players attend the LAN.
Can I borrow a desktop PC or monitor?
Yes, but availability is limited.
- 10 desktop PCs
- 20 monitors
Please reserve one as early as possible.
Current status: We are currently out of desktop PCs and monitors.
Do I need to bring my own setup?
Yes. Please bring everything you need to play Dota 2, including your PC and peripherals.
What should I bring?
We recommend bringing the following:
- Desktop PC
- Monitor
- Power cables
- Ethernet cable
- Keyboard
- Mouse
- Mouse pad
- Headset
- Power strip
- Sleeping bag
- Sleeping mat
- Fresh clothes
- Toiletries
- Towel
- Water bottle
- Earplugs
- Sleeping mask
Can I sleep at the venue?
Yes. There are one or two sleeping rooms available.
Please bring your own sleeping bag and sleeping mat.
Can I shower at the venue?
Yes. Shower facilities are available throughout the event.
Is parking available?
Yes. There is a parking garage directly across from the venue.
Will the tournament be livestreamed?
Yes. The tournament will be streamed online. Previous events have been broadcast on YouTube and on the DireLAN_TV Twitch channel.
